ESITC Paris is managed by a non-profit association under the law of 1 July 1901. Recognised by the French State, the school is authorised by the CTI to award the engineering degree. It is a member of the Conférence des Directeurs des Ecoles d'Ingénieurs (CDEFI) and the Union des Grandes Ecoles Indépendantes (UGEI). It is governed by a Board of Directors made up of qualified individuals and legal entities
